The internet has become the new virtual factory, we are experiencing the new capitalism of the platforms. Technological determinism and neoliberal thinking always force man to conform/adapt to the needs of the industrial revolution and the growing division of labor. In this new technical and neoliberal reality the author reflects on the present and future role of the Unions.
